The Home Condition Report.

  1. To market your home for sale you must have a Home Information Pack that may include a Home Condition Report. This Home Condition Report is produced by a Home Inspector, who is a member of SAVA/NHER (a government approved Certification Scheme).
  2. The Home Inspector must provide an objective opinion about the condition of the property which the buyer, the seller and the buyer's mortgage company must be able to rely on and use.
  3. A Home Condition Report is not valid unless it has been produced by a Home Inspector who is a member of a government approved scheme and it has been entered on the Register of Home Condition Reports.
  4. The report's main aim is to tell you about any defects that need urgent attention or are serious. It also tells you about things that need further invstigation to prevent damage to the structure of the building.
